My Goals:
to be healthy so i can enjoy life with my husband and children and grandchildren. i need to learn to be active once again.

My Program:
i just measure my portions, eat health foods and whole grains and make sure i do some kind of exercise everyday , even if its only for a few minutes.

Personal Information:
i have been married for almost 12 yrs to a wonderful man who has really been with me for 17yrs of my life. i love to read and spend time with my family.

Other Information:
love to read books by Karen Moning and many others. i really enjoy Halloween and scarey movies. comedies are great also. nothing like a good day at the beach with my family.
