Good Morning Susan, Thank you for the wonderful complements. I am truly a lucky lady. I have a wonderful family. You have a grown son, I have always said once you have raised a child you have done the best thing in life you can do!!!! How do you top that?
I am sorry you are not loosing. I think that I am going to go and have a thyroid test. I am thinking maybe my metabolism isn't working properly. Have you had yours checked? I made a decision a while back that I was not going to let the scale be a measure of my success. I have tried to stay away from it, it's hard I am a scale junkie. I am measuring my success on the way I feel. Mentally and physically.

"When you improve a little each day, eventually big things occur . . . . Not tomorrow, not the next day, but eventually a big gain is made. Don’t look for the big, quick improvement. Seek the small improvement one day at a time. That’s the only way it happens—and when it happens, it lasts.” ~John Wooden

Have a super Sunday!!!

You're right, some days are hard, some are easy...and it's always easy eating food...no problem doing that. Seems we all face that dilemma. We just have to keep going with the flow, do what we can, and stay positive.
Each day is a new one to start over and try our best. If we don't make it one day, we have the next day to try again. Good luck! emoticon emoticon
