Welcome to my page. Here you will see I have embarked on a new journey to reclaim my edge. I am a woman who is ready for change and I am on my way to Fit and Fabulous way of life. Welcome to my page. Here you will see I have embarked on a new journey to reclaim my edge. I am a woman who is ready for change and I am on my way to Fit and Fabulous way of life. I am in my 40's and I want to be healthy from head to toe. I'm tired of the aches and pains in my body because of my weight. I was in denial. It seems like the weigh piled up quickly and before long I was out of control. I was blind but now I see. I see so much clearly now, and I am grateful. So I recently put together my own body makeover incorporating what I have learned from the biggest loser, six week body makeover and P90 X. I will have my Zumba Body with a Brazillian Butt. Because I will continue to hit the gym 4 times a week, I will eat only what my body type calls for and I will learn what is needed to maintain my new weight for my new way of living.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ.

I am a single mother of an adult son who turned out to be a great young man.

I live in a beautiful city with many interesting people.

I like beautiful things...

Other Information:
I love the outdoors the beach or mountains both the same.

I like traveling to Historical Locations.

I also enjoy hiking and in the city I live I have found some historical hiking trails.
