Flying with dignity into middle age
I am 56 now nd I'm flying with dignity into the BEST TIME of my life
UPDATE - 2/8/2013 - I loved Medifast while I stuck with it but the pounds are now packing on. Want to get to eating REAL food in the right proportions.

Here I am, still working at it. I'm physically doing pretty well, can still get my body moving, mentally could be healthier when making food related decisions but that's going to be a life time project so I found out the last year or so. Never never can I ever give up. Gotta keep climbing ever higher to the next phase what ever adventure it maybe, tiresome or victoriou
UPDATE 2/13/2011 4 years after beginning Sparks. I've been off and on with Sparks but now want to really start taking a second look at how I've treated my body. I'm still plugging along. Can never stop. I want a healthy body, health mind and a strong soul. My goal is never give up on being healthier and treating myself with respect, dignity and surrounded by positive people. Now mid age is here and sometimes I feel like I'm spiraling out of control never stoppng but I always seem to pull myself up and battle on. So the uphill climb is on with new resolve.

I've lived in Baltimore, Md for 10 years and have been married for soon to be 10 years, March 24, I have 1 daughter 28 years old, 1 step daughter 31 and a live wire grand daughter and grandson. We live in a big house with a cat, a big Golden Retriever named Max and we all SNORE!
Other Information:
I love to surf the net, walk in the woods, ride bikes and listening to the ocean roar.
