    Thank you..yes I do sparks on the wheel for points and use some of the good recipes. Weight the same..putting most of my energy into my husband..he has memory problems, diabetic, and I am making sure he keeps healthy. Birthday on the 18th and my good friend from Ohio is here for the week..We are having a good time together..she is 83..Doris emoticon

    Thanks for the Goodie and wonderful comments.

    I used many tools and techniques to succeed (for the first time ever) and reach my weight goal. Faith--I asked God to help me. Finding motivation that really worked for me--being healthy. Cognitive therapy (books by Judith Beck and Linda Spangle), Paul McKenna, EFT, and doing the work every day. I had a spreadsheet of all the things I needed to do like tracking food, exercising, doing my "busy work" from my books, EFT tapping, thanking God everyday for everything, etc. Looking back, I stayed busy but it wasn't really hard.

    Hey DORIS! Let's keep in touch once in awhile here at SparkPeople, okay? Let me know how you're doing on your diet & I'll let you know my progress too.
    Writing that you'd lost a pound on Facebook the other day got some of the other ladies stirred up. Maybe once a week we could let them know how good we're doing, just to make them want to join us. (They're all fatties too!) Ha! Maybe we can ring Dolly up to join us, and maybe Diane too. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and show you that I'm slowly but surely learning how to get around on SparkPeople. See ya!
