9/29/13 - 175# Now have to maintain, or go lower. Happy with progress :)

4/18/14 - Gained 20 lbs since the wedding, so removed bread from my diet again. :(

6/20/14 - Back on track to a healthier me. Down 7 lbs so far this month.

8/22/14 - On track to my first goal of 170#. Today 176#.

My Program:
My calorie range is 1200-1500 daily.

Exercise includes walking, upper body w/o 1x week, lower body w/o 1x week.
Just simple movement for at least 30 min a day.

Thank you for commenting on my blog Sally. I am always glad to hear when my friends encourage me and tell me it's okay to change goals midway through. I used to feel like such a loser when I had to make adjustments but no more. Life happens! emoticon
