Oh, the freshman 15....been there, done that 20+ years ago! lol! Now, back to school online, currently unemployed, mom of 3 and much older, I'm fighting a different kind of fat fest! My younger daughter who is a college freshman says it's now the freshman 40!

I just want to say...you are beautiful. Stay active in the off season and find some healthy snack alternatives. Limit your portions like you mentioned and you will do great!

What a great decision you have made to join Spark People. It is an amazing site! The really cool thing is that it is FREE!! There is tons of information to absorb here and there is always someone around to help if you find yourself having a bit of trouble.
