It all comes down to time...

24~No, I'm not pregnant. I've got 24 weeks until my 40th b-day. Ack! And I've always said I'd have my poo-poo together by then, including my weight and health. I started out strong around my 39th bday and lost motivation soon after, but we're down to the home stretch and I wanna make some progress. So I'm back with a plan to be down 36 lbs by D-day... er, I mean bday--04/22/2016.

38~The best motivation for me so far has been the LA vacation summer of 2014. I lost 25 lbs and kept most of it off. Now, I've starting working remote from home, so I've put most of it back on. BUT, the bf, son and I are planning a return trip to LA this coming summer (38 weeks from now) with a few days in Vegas to see the bf's parents. If that's not motivation, I don't know what is! My goal is to be down 57 lbs by August. That would put me at a goal weight of 145. 1 1/2 lbs/week. That should be doable, right?

I was going to scrap my page and just start a new one, but there's too much history here.
