Fresh Start

I am out of shape and think it's time to do something about it. I don't think I will do anything outstanding right away. Slow and steady. I don't like to workout or eating healthy. So I think gradual changes in the foods I eat and starting with short workouts is what I am going to do.

Try to stay in target area with calories, carbs, fats, protein & calcium. Increase fruits & veggies in my diet. Drink more water. Do some form of physical activity for AT LEAST 10 minutes a day.

Just dropping by to wish you congradulations on your loss the last 3 months. You did an emoticon job on learning to eat better and getting those exercise mins. in. emoticon emoticon ! I have not given up. Re starting a 12 week program. I'm going to focus on calories and stretching and walking!! emoticon

Hope your weekend is going good! Walked yesterday an the trail. Did 45 mins. Plan on walking today too. Have a lot to get done. Cleaning, shopping, hair cut, feed horse, walk!! Have a great day!
