You can look at a mountain as a wild place of beauty to view or paint or photograph from a safe distance; or a wild place capable of destruction like Mount St. Helens. Or you can look at it as a wild challenge that you take on one step at a time. When you begin the challenge you'll have no idea how long it will take to get to the top, but you know you will with the support of your team.

Thanks for the friend add. Sounds like we have followed a lot of the same path. My weight has bounced around since I was a kid. As an adult it has ranged from a "normal" 165lbs to recently 263 lbs. I am approaching 20 lbs lost since January 3rd.
