Struggling...

I want to feel better and have energy. I am a college student and will be graduating in June and moving on to the University this Fall. I turned 30 last year and feel like I want to make the next 30 better than the first. I'm an emotional eater and struggle daily with food cravings. I also want to try to get at least 120 mins of exercise in each week.
