My Goals:
My goal is to be healthy and look fantastic! Funny how those two things coincide for me!! I want to get down to about 130 and then see if I'm happy there.

My Program:
My program is very simple really. Eating healthy and exercising. You know, whole grains, fruits, veggies and lean meats. I try to keep my calorie intake at 1200 a day. I do circuit training (Make Over Your Metabolism by Robert Reames) on M*W*F and 30 minutes of cardio (one minute super fast, one minute fast etc) T*TH. Then I throw in an occasional walk after dinner or 10 mile bike ride with my husband.

Personal Information:
My name is Tina and I live in Ohio. I'm married to a wonderful man and have 3 beautiful children. Ages 22,19 and 5. Yes, I know!!!

Other Information:
I love...God, my husband, my kids, my friends, food (which would be the reason I'm here!!) books, movies, music. I love to be warm. I take footies to the movies if I have flip flops on because it's cold in there!! I love to cook and try new, nutritious recipes. I love love love to have fun.

Hey - Thanks so much for your encouragement left on my Spark Page about walking. I've really hit a low for a while and just don't feel like being good to myself. Even if I overeat, I keep walking.

Look at how much you have lost since you started Spark People! That's fabulous. Keep it up!

Hi Tina,

I'm doing well today. I'm taking steps to get back on track. Just about to jump on the treadmill. I had a great weekend. I got tons of work done. I also pampered myself with a haircut, colour and highlights. When I went to our ski awards banquet I got a ton of compliments on my hair. People also asked if I'd lost weight. It was a great ego boost, and just what I need to stop making excuses.

I'm going to New York City for a week in July, and I'm determined to do some shopping then in a much smaller size.
