And Again..

I feel like every 6 months or so I decide I need to hold myself accountable again so I revamp my page and start tracking my food, exercise, and weight.

The reality is I struggle to stay on any type of diet or exercise program because whether I seem to eat healthy or veg out on junk food, my weight does not change.

But I know the scale is not where I need to measure my progress. I need to measure it in endurance, strength, and my overall feeling of health. I am 25. I ...

thank you for the kind comment. I think I compare myself to others too much. I have PCOS and it takes me a bit longer. I watch others have cheat days or not work out so much and take 3 or 4 pounds off. I need to focus on my body and not compare to others. Thanks for the words of wisdom emoticon
