A Bit Off Beat...

Before the holidays, I was able to lose 15 pounds, but now, in the new year, my progress has stalled, which has pushed me to explore new plans and regimens. My goals are 1200-1500 calories a day as set by spark people, while working out five days a week, burning a minimum of 400 calories per session, as set by me!

My goals are 1200-1500 calories a day as set by spark people, while working out five days a week, burning a minimum of 400 calories per session, as set by me!

My biggest flaw is never mixing it up, I walk/jog every workout, mostly because I am training for a half marathon April 30th, but if my goal is weight loss, I need to shock my muscles with some different movements and activities, so on top of my other goals, I vow to take at least one or two gym classes a week [Zumba, Cycling, Pilates, Yoga, or step]

I'm confident and excited for this new path, and I hope that I will beat my goal of a 40 pound weight loss by June 2011!

Here's to working it off and keeping it off the healthy way!!

I'm also from the Chattanooga area, and if you'd ever like to get together on the weekend or so I head over to the riverpark or greenway for walk.

Look into Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds - they're surprisingly good burns for a walking video, and pretty quiet ;o) Best of luck!
