I have determined--based on various factors--that my ideal weight is 145 lbs. To acheieve that weight and maintain it (within 5 lbs) is my overall goal. I would also like to become more active all around. I am by nature a couch potato...so this may prove difficult!

Its okay, I've been completely overwhelmed with school last week and this week, too. Midterms and major homework assignments, juggled with work and work responsibilities. I'm so stressed out. I haven't made any time to exercise! I can't seem to justify taking the time away from studying to get some movement in. And I have a kitchen full of sweets- donuts and angel food cake, and Cool whip! Yowsers!

I hope you are doing WAY better than I am!!
