I'm Lori or aka in some worlds as Contessa Anna Mendoza or
Queen of Spain depending which realm I'm in at the time.
Married to a wonderful guy for 29 years we have 4 daughters.
Each unique. As you can see from photos our youngest Emily is a rennie too! We've been doing festivals since she was 4. She thinks all of this is pretty normal.
January our oldest was married to a great guy. Once I saw the pictures of us I was in shock. I am FAT!!! I decided that I need to change my life and my waist line. Truth is I need to find it. I lost it somewhere between the chips and cookies!
Here I am;
I've decided on an attack plan to get fit.
Eat breakfast which is something I hate doing but I know I have to.
For breakfast I decided to find things I like.
Oatmeal with Flaxseed for the Omega that Flax offers. Fresh fruit and ice coffee plus water.
That gets me going.
Eat veggies which is not my favorite food group.
Eat more fruit I CAN live on fruit alone. But can't do that either.
Lunch;
2 servings of veggies and a fruit. Maybe some granola for fiber.
Dinner hmmmm more
Veggies, fruit, meat

My gym time- I like working out always have. I find it my time to listen to music and read.
Cardio and/or fat burn 5 days a week for 40 min.
Strength training 3times a week.
The only thing I hate about the gym is sit-ups YUCK.
But I do them.
Need abs!!!!

I'm 50 years old. Enjoy reading historical books mainly regarding Medieval/Renaissance times.
Love music listen to it while I work out. Puts me a zone.
