On the Road Again

Started over. Same ole, same ole. I guess you call it Yo-Yo dieting. This is not what I want. I want more out of life! I feel like I have cheated myself. I am losing out on soooo much. NOT ANY MORE!! Well, came check in to add more to this. I am not very motivated at home or around. I feel like I am cheating SP because I am not holding my end of the bargain. So from now on I WILL TRY TO HOLD UP!!

My Goals:
NEW GOALS:
1) Drink 32oz. Water
2) Walk 5000 steps a day.
3) Set some Exercises and stick to them everyday.
4)Get ORGANIZED one day at a time!

My Program:
I'm changing up my program. Instead of focusing on 1200-1550 calorie intake, I am going to go by 400 to 500 calories per regular meal and 150 to 180 snacks. I want to see if the weight will tumble off.

Personal Information:
I lived in the country growing up and I was terrified of the dark out there. Then I moved to town and realized that the darkness was the same. Now guess where I live. Back in the country and I would not leave for nothing!

Other Information:
My favorite hobbies are knitting, crocheting, sewing, reading Little House Books, Janette Oke books and Amish stories. I love the Amish and Mennonites for their style of living. I like homesteading.

Hi! I didn't use any sort of "diet" plan. I turned off the nutrition trackers food choices and used the tracker to track my regular food. Seeing a therapist helped too. I believe in the " everything in moderation" motto (now anyway) . I didn't want to lose fast and not have changed my eating habits. I adore cooking and baking and spent lots of time bending favorites recipes to fit into my healthier mindset.

Hi there.... To answer your question about the food processor, if you want to actually juice the produce, you will need a juice extractor. The extractor will push the juice one way and the pulp the other way. That way you will have only juice. Have you thought about trying green smoothies? They are very nutritious and good. Take a look at the Green Smoothie Lovers team and tell me what you think.
