On the Road Again
Started over. Same ole, same ole. I guess you call it Yo-Yo dieting. This is not what I want. I want more out of life! I feel like I have cheated myself. I am losing out on soooo much. NOT ANY MORE!! Well, came check in to add more to this. I am not very motivated at home or around. I feel like I am cheating SP because I am not holding my end of the bargain. So from now on I WILL TRY TO HOLD UP!!

My Goals:
NEW GOALS: 1) Drink 32oz. Water 2) Walk 5000 steps a day. 3) Set some Exercises and stick to them everyday. 4)Get ORGANIZED one day at a time!
My Program:
I'm changing up my program. Instead of focusing on 1200-1550 calorie intake, I am going to go by 400 to 500 calories per regular meal and 150 to 180 snacks. I want to see if the weight will tumble off.
Personal Information:
I lived in the country growing up and I was terrified of the dark out there. Then I moved to town and realized that the darkness was the same. Now guess where I live. Back in the country and I would not leave for nothing!
Other Information:
My favorite hobbies are knitting, crocheting, sewing, reading Little House Books, Janette Oke books and Amish stories. I love the Amish and Mennonites for their style of living. I like homesteading.
