Well, my other program didn't work so I am changing again. I will watch my calories and keep them low and exercise more.
I lived in the country growing up and I was terrified of the dark out there. Then I moved to town and realized that the darkness was the same. Now guess where I live. Back in the country and I would not leave for nothing!

Hi! I didn't use any sort of "diet" plan. I turned off the nutrition trackers food choices and used the tracker to track my regular food. Seeing a therapist helped too. I believe in the " everything in moderation" motto (now anyway) . I didn't want to lose fast and not have changed my eating habits. Hi there.... To answer your question about the food processor, if you want to actually juice the produce, you will need a juice extractor. The extractor will push the juice one way and the pulp the other way. That way you will have only juice. Have you thought about trying green smoothies? They are very nutritious and good.
