1.) Drink more water during the day, 32oz. 2) Eat more veggies and fruits a day. 3.) Get outdoors more and walk.
Well, my other program didn't work so I am changing again. I will watch my calories and keep them low and exercise more.
I lived in the country growing up and I was terrified of the dark out there. Then I moved to town and realized that the darkness was the same. Now guess where I live. Back in the country and I would not leave for nothing!
My favorite hobbies are knitting, crocheting, sewing, reading Little House Books, Janette Oke books and Amish stories. I love the Amish and Mennonites for their style of living. I like homesteading.
