Welp, Here I am, again. Starting over again. I don't mind cause i wasn't using sparkpeople to it's full advantage. So this gives me a chance to do it right. Right? Ha, Ha.

I started to get back into "ME" (healthy lifestyle), a couple of days before the New Year. I didn't want to do the typical New Years Resolution only to break it. I have been a "BG" (big girl) all of my life. I have never succeeded with losing enough weight to be considered within normal range. I even had a surgery date scheduled for Lap-Band surgery in Jan 2011.

You ask me, whats so different now Crystal?
You have tried this and that with no success. What if you fail again?

But thats just it. If i fail, I not going to beat myself up about it. Just realize that I have to jump back on the bandwagon.
Stop killing myself with these workouts and other do what I find fun and interesting. For me that is running, Zumba, and weight lifting.
However, my biggest goal is to get my sister motivated to take care of herself and workout. I love her and I want her around for a long time. Scratch this stuff!
