looking for the old me...
once upon a time I was physically fit and felt really good about my body. I practiced yoga, pilates and excercised on a regular basis, I also ate right and in the proper proportions. Then... I got married, had babies and my body took a back seat to work and family. I feel terrible about myself each time I look in the mirror and I feel sad about the way I have let myself go. It's time I get that old me back, I'll never be 25 again, but I have great skin ;) and I just need to work at ...

My Goals:
I want to live a healthier lifestyle, lose weight and eat right.

I am cutting back on bad for me snacks and getting up early to cardio work. Also, I am trying to lessen my stress level.

I am a wife and mother to two, I also work fulltime and I love to sleep which has conflicted with my daily routine since about age 5 ;)

I love my Kobo and Art & there are some television shows, I anxiously await their next season with every final episode.
