My Goals:
My goals are to lose weight and gain muscle mass. I would like to lose 20 lbs and lower my BMI.
I want to increase my cardio vascular health and lower my blood sugar levels which were slightly elevated at my last physical exam 12/09.

Personal Information:
I live in Colorado along the Front Range at around 9,500 feet. I have lived off the grid for going on 13 years now. We have a solar powered home that is Miner's Victorian built in 1898 that my husband and i renovated. We have close to 75 acres and are surrounded by National Forest.

Chazmo and I are planning on working on the latest Cathe workouts this month and then PERHAPS start up STS in Feb...I suggested the 5 1/2 month rotation, but we are still thinking about it.

What did you do for your STS - did you do 5 1/2 or 6 1/2 months? And did you just repeat the cardio the second week of each repeat week?
