La-Di-La-Di-Da!

The result of weight loss is a fringe benefit to using the tools, treating myself well and figuring out who I am and what I deem important in my life. It is this work that makes the result of weight loss or any result or expectation possible. Life is wonderful and precious and I wish everyone to stop for one moment and be thankful for the air they breathe and consider what endless possibilities of living life lay at their feet.

Fresh Start Week - August 26 - September 1, 2013 ...

It is this work that makes the result of weight loss or any result or expectation possible. Life is wonderful and precious and I wish everyone to stop for one moment and be thankful for the air they breathe and consider what endless possibilities of living life lay at their feet.

Fresh Start Week - August 26 - September 1, 2013
Nutrition:
-Healthy breakfast and fresh juice before I leave for work.
-Pack a lunch and eat my afternoon snack.
-Eat a light dinner.
-Drink water and tea, avoid coffee and soda.
Exercise:
-10 minutes qigong, every day.
-walk with my husband, two days after work.
Meditation:
-10 minutes meditation before bed.
Do what I love:
-ukelele, sing, write, journal, draw, listen to music - just to listen to music, DANCE!

I make a plan. That plan is a dream. I live day to day to enjoy. Nothing is more important than that I feel good. I look not beyond for the dream but I look to my daily life. I nurture and care for the moment and allow the results to come of their own accord. What care I for a result when I am happy now?

Marriage ~ My marriage is strong yet fluid, romantic yet productive. Our relationship is my dearest outward manifestation of unity and opportunity to know myself. I nurture my marriage.

Knowledge~ My thirst for knowledge is ever-constant yet whimsical. I seek knowledge grounded by my inner child tucked into bed by the great Unknown. I am ever kindler, gentler and more tender loving to myself. I am nurtured.

Children&Creativity~ Children continue and expand upon my marriage and outward manifestation of unity and opportunity to know myself. I nurture children and cultivate childish play in my life.

Family~ From my dear sister and her family to our relatives and extended family of humanity - let me appreciate the gift of their presence in my life and the opportunity to see more of myself and practice unity and self-care.

Benefactors&Travel~ I give the same care to others and receive that care in return tenfold yet I give neither without expectation nor beyond my means. The Divine walks with me in my travels safe-guarding me and my companions.

Wealth~ Mine, my family and my friends' worldly and material needs on earth are more than met without hardship, grief or suffering to ourselves or others. Prosperity and good fortune blows towards us like a constant breeze off the ocean and we are able to harness and amplify its power like a windmill to continue to do good for humanity and the earth. We are blessed and fulfilled with good fortune, love, security, safety and comforts, which is true wealth.

Career~ My career is rewarding and not only inspires others but also does good for Humanity and the Earth yet fulfills all my worldly and material needs on this earth as well as offers freedom of time for travel, health and wellness, friends, family and general pursuit of happiness for myself, my husband, my family and friends. My family and friends also have similar rewarding careers.

Fame~ All those who cross my path or my path have crossed - appreciate me, recognize my worthiness, and sincerely love me with a divine love full of blessings for me, my family and my friends. I am recognized as good, loving, beautiful, playful, musical, graceful, whimsical, soothing, inspirational, bright, joyous, sharing, strong, steady, earthy and spiritual.

I have never given myself this much time to figure out what I want and the more I work on it, the more I realize this will be a lifelong process. But I start from where I am today.

I seek to be true to joy and happiness~ this IS my own self. Acknowledging joy and happiness in every moment of my life, from the mundane to extraordinary - I bask in my joy to �feel� and �experience� � to LIVE! I am happy for fluidity, the limitless and infinite nature of God, the Earth, the Universe, Humanity back to Myself � separate yet ONE. I consider for myself that rather than a destination, �Happiness� is a state of mind and I have the power to choose my state of mind (or at least nudge it in the right direction!) Thanks for commenting on my blog! Definitely give C25k another shot. It takes many people many tried before they finish. Injuries are common but can be reduced and possibly avoided by starting slow and building and doing lower body strength training to build up the muscles. You can do it!
