My Goals:
Reached my goal for the year on Oc 11,2012, Still need to work on toning up. I am also trying to increase my milage on running and run a hm early next spring.

My Program:
I run every chance I get now- I AM addicted. I still zumba 1- 2x week
seeing the importance of adding strengh training too

Thanks for commenting on my blog! The problem isn't really that I'm that hungry, but my mental cravings in the evening come back when I'm exercising more, even when I'm not hungry. I've got to try what it is in my head that makes me want to kind of sabotage myself. But I will. I have come a long way but there are still lessons to be learned! Have a great day!
