It's the last day of July ...a good time to reflect upon your goals for August! Things to consider may be...
How many fitness minutes do you want to try to achieve? How many pounds would you reasonably like to lose? What new activities would you like to try? What has been working for you that you would like to continue? What hasn't been working and should be changed?
Not everyone likes to set goals, but it is a valuable tool to use on this journey. Goals help to provide focus and a vision for what we want to accomplish. Even if we fail to meet our goals, the experience provides valuable feedback --- What went wrong? What behavior do we need to change to attain what we set out to do?
