    Hey there lady!

    I am half way through my "recovery week" of Core Cardio & Balance and I feel good, but like I am not doing enough. Lol. I think I have become so conditioned to really fast, intense workouts, that this feels like I am taking the easy way out. And it is a good workout! I still sweat like I know it's a good workout.
    How are you doing? Are you still liking it?

    I have been struggling with not seeing results on the scale for a few months now. In all reality, I could probably be stricter about my diet, but I already eat pretty darn healthy and I don't see how having a little something here and there is hurting. I think it was that I was actually not eating ENOUGH there for a while. You know how it can be with that whole mindset of "if I eat even less than recommended then my losses will be even bigger", but what it really does is set you up to fail. So I adjusted my workouts in my tracker and it gave me a new set of calorie ranges and I am really trying to stay within those ranges and see if it helps.
    I am definitely sticking with it, if for no other reason than I feel really amazing with this new routine. I love the workouts (in a sick, twisted sorta way) and I have even adjusted to the insane schedule. How are you feeling? The legs getting any better?

    I think you are going to LOVE cardio abs. It is a nice little workout and it is short. But you can definitely feel it. Good luck :)

    It was a Cardio Recovery Day. Even though my legs burn during squats and lunges I still come out of it feeling like it was too easy and I must not have done enough. Darn Shaun T has me getting used to feeling like I am dying!
