A New Chapter in Life

I just had my little girl. She was born on December 5th and I have gotten back down to 200 pounds. I still will not be able to exercise for several weeks because of my c-section, but as soon as I'm cleared to go, I will begin this fight once again. I *WILL* get to my goals. I am done being overweight and out of shape. My kids need me and so does my fiance. I have to ensure that I am able to active in their lives for a very long time. I'm too young to feel so old.

My Goals:
* Get my diabetes back under control
* Get my cardiovascular health on track
* Take better care of my skin
* Find myself again
* Learn to love myself
* Learn to love foods that love me back

My Program:
* 3 meals a day:
30 g carb at breakfast
30 g carb at lunch
15 g carb at dinner
* 2 snacks a day:
15 g carb each
* No soda
* No fried foods
* No sweets

* Work up slowly to exercising one hour daily
* Lots of strength workouts to include squats, lunges, & crunches
* Skate time every week

* Yoga/stretching daily
* Running 3 times a week
* Dance 2 times a week
* Derby workout 3 times a week

Personal Information:
I am pagan, I love tattoos, and I love the 1950's. I have a beautiful little girl who is 4, a beautiful new baby girl, and a great fiance who treats me better then I knew was possible. I am a submissive. I am loving my fresh start and I will take full advantage of it!
