My Goals:
I reached goal, but I'm going to try for another 5lbs. This is difficult since reaching goal I have been like a yo-yo, up 5 down 3, up 2, etc.
My Program:
I try to keep my calories between 1,200 - 1,375. Carbs 135 - 195. Fat 27 - 47 and Protein 60 - 105.
Personal Information:
I turned 62 Oct. 17. I've had severe arthritis since my mid-30's and have undergone multiple hand surgeries (joint fusions, replacements, etc.) I also had a triple cervical fusion.
Other Information:
I've been married for 33 years to a great guy; no children. I have two wonderful cats that are the light of my life. I'm a big fan of cats, and known as the cat lady by friends and family. Over the years I've always had cats that live to a ripe old age and one dog (a Westie) that lived to 16 which was almost unheard of as they usually live only 10-12 years.
I attend a wonderful Church and enjoy my immediate family and friendships.
