    Thanks for the thought on my SMART goals blog -- yes, exactly that. Goals that make things automatic. My first weeks getting back on track I even went old school with shakes for breakfast and freezer meals for lunch to turn off any thought-options about getting back into a groove. Worked and made me actually excited to start preparing more fresh meals.
