My first 18 months on Spark I lost 60 plus pounds and kept if off for 18 months - the longest I have ever been "healthy."

Unfortunately, I took a hiatus off due to a high stress job and gained it back.

Here I am again, mentally stronger and regaining MY HEALTHY ME!

what type of prograss have you made with doing the HIIT PROGRAM? I am just new to the HIIT..and feel better... just time will tell for the weight loss.
