1500 - 1600 calories every day
Increase veggies
Increase fruit
Increase fish
Decrease impulse eating
Decrease sweets/sugar
Restrict dining out

1 horse and 2 miniature horses
3 cats and 1 dog
2 college kids (yah! no more Mom-Bus-Driver duties!)
1 supportive hubby

    I think you're right. I mean, I can tell I am getting fitter, but going from 207 to 183 is not really noticeable, to me, but the process wasn't about that anyway. How is your week going?
