Persistence and patience must be the key to most success. Also called the drip system (vs. the let's blast it with water) it eventually pays off...so they tell me. I've got the persistence nailed but patience eludes me. I'm an all or nothing type and sort of in a hurry when I make a decision. However, I display great patience in making a decision. I've got the persistence nailed but patience eludes me. I'm an all or nothing type and sort of in a hurry when I make a decision. However, I display great patience in making a decision. I contemplate a lot. Contemplation and decision hang out on the same wheel of fortune...which is on the same continuum as change. They got there first...and change will never happen until contemplation and decision pass go. Off course none of this can happen unless you are persistent. So I'm back, persistent as I am and will work on patience because pounds and fitness do not happen overnight no matter how many diet books you buy or gyms you join. Maybe nothing good happens fast is really true.

My Program:
WW 22 points and building back to 5x/week exercise. Use the Wii Fit every day and the Concept 2 3 times per week. Walk the dog every day.Moderation following WW guidelines. Limit sugar, limit alcohol, and limit diet cokes to no more than 2 per day...better one. Try to check in here daily and journal a few times a week. That should do it!

Personal Information:
San Diego. Married a really, really long time. Two grown children. Adorable grandchildren. One Lab, too many cats. Love them all.

Other Information:
Love to read and do...almost everything but especially trashy mystery novels. Not real trashy...just legal stuff. Love to do research. Even love to exercise once I'm out the door. It's the getting out the door that's my biggest problem.
