My Goals:
To reach a healthy BMI.
To become fit and stay that way (make exercise a habit).
To see my cheekbones again; to have a waist.

My Program:
Exercise: I try to do aerobics 3 to 5 days a week. Has to be FUN. Dance Praise (a DDR type compter game); downhill skiing; rollerblading; occasionally walking, have added short intervals of jogging.
Resistance exercise at least twice a week--using home equipment and exercises from the spark library. Has made an amazing difference.
