living in western europe. I have been biking (commuting) for 25 years.Until I moved in an area where only car is the available transportation (country-side remote area). So I have now to intentionnaly do physical exercises. I waited too long after my son's birth (dec.2006) to get back on track (3 1/2 years) .For my 2nd baby (oct. 2011), I am doing this totally differently.
I've put on weight, and lost it all...simply but hardly! (20 kg in 18mth) I am close to being in the best shape of my life and love it so much.
I love this journey and eager to workout as often as I can. (is overtraining going to hit me ?)

My Goals:
some of my goals including mobility and strength
-able to do pull-ups (chin-up)
-able to do a full squat on heels
-able to do pistols squat
-able to do bridge push-up
-avoid workout break (PMS,illness, injuries)..finding ways around
-for my 40th Bday, want to learn to surf (won't afford pacific waves, who knows one day...)

My Program:
Having no money and time for a fitness club, not able to get my transportation mode with bike....I used AB circle Pro and making outdoor activities with son and a Nordic Cab in summer 2010 (e.g. biking, snow-shoeing), but a also kid plays!

Aug 2010: starting diet solution program
Sept 2010:starting Double edged fat loss
nov 2010:starting 1000caloriechallenge

Love winter time, but happy with summer activities too!

    I'm almost certain it was from uncooked sausage. One other person ate it too and thought it looked slightly undercooked and had GI issues for only half a day.

    I did have GI issues for the first 3 days. But the first doctor focused on the fact that I had ran a really long race that weekend and assisted upon fatigue rather than looking at the GI issues.

    Truly a blessing in disguise, I consider your desire to do something outside the gym to be superior. Functional and non-exercise activities are more important, imo. The example is your bike commute. Unfortunate that it was taken away, but I think you're on to something with the substitutes. Not only you got the right idea, I think you've got great idea. emoticon
