Let's make this fun.

I turn 50 in January of 2011 and am determined to drop 50 lbs by the time I turn 50. Seems like a reasonable goal with a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, I love to cook and am not a huge fan of sweating.  For exercise I do yoga and walk. I'm a big gardener and wish it was somehow more aerobic. It's ...

It's always easier for me to get anything done when I'm doing it with other people. Let's share what's working for us, what's not, and let's make this fun.

Hey, thanks so much for the nice blog comment. I'm feeling a little more positive about it. I mean I'm upset that it happened but I'm just going to eat well and exercise very little and stick to that plan until my back stops hurting. I'm so thankful that I have people that keep my encouraged and positive. Thanks gain!

Thanks for the comment on my blog. I use to work at Walmart, so I know about the motorized carts. I'm not comfortable with driving them. When I was still working there, there were a couple of times I found them abandoned in the department I was working in, and they are not the easiest things to maneuver.
