Let's make this fun.

I turn 50 in January of 2011 and am determined to drop 50 lbs by the time I turn 50. Seems like a reasonable goal with a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, I love to cook and am not a huge fan of sweating.  For exercise I do yoga and walk. I'm a big gardener and wish it was somehow more aerobic. It's ...

It's always easier for me to get anything done when I'm doing it with other people. Let's share what's working for us, what's not, and let's make this fun.

The end of overeating sounds like an interesting book. I'd like to read more about the industry - I think it will definitely help me from going back to old unhealthy eating habits. Sometimes I feel like our society is so messed up - the food industry is one good example. How have we gotten so far from things that are real? Ugh. Yeah I was definitely disgusted watching Food Inc but I really wasn't that surprised. I'm glad I have so many options nearby to but local organic foods.

Thanks for your comments on my daily blogs. Yes, lights out, for me, is important. Early to bed, early to rise, and that bit seems to be an essential part of having a successful day. Hows everything with you?
