Let's make this fun.
I'm a stay-at-home wife and mother of two teen age sons. Life here is usually pretty crazy and always entertaining! Sixty extra pounds have snuck up on me over the years. How did that happen? I turn 50 in January of 2011 and am determined to drop 50 lbs by the time I turn 50. Seems like a reasonable goal with a reasonable time frame. Unfortunately, I love to cook and am not a huge fan of sweating. For exercise I do yoga and walk. I'm a big gardener and wish it was somehow more aerobic. It's ...

It's always easier for me to get anything done when I'm doing it with other people. Let's share what's working for us, what's not, and let's make this fun.

My Goals:
Drop 50 lbs by the time I'm 50. Need only one size of clothing in my closet. Increased stamina, strength, and flexibility. For healthy eating to be automatic.
My Program:
Stay within my calorie range with healthy meals and snacks. Aerobic exercise 3 days per week. Yoga 3 days per week. April 5th, began eating clean.
Personal Information:
I'm originally from Kentucky but have lived up and down the east coast in my adult life. I currently live in PA and love it.
