Working towards a healthier me...for me...for the future!
Hi there! I'm Amanda, a twenty-something married lady looking to change a lifetime of unhealthy habits and to create a better future for myself, my husband and my future babies. I hope to get to 180 pounds before becoming pregnant. I am a huge advocate for healthy childbirth and I know that a healthy weight leads to healthy pregnancy! My husband is my biggest cheerleader, he loves me and encourages me every day. He is always willing to go on a walk with me or go to to gym. I love to cook and bake and I am usually pretty good about being healthy, but sometimes I 'fall off the wagon.' I am hoping that I will find community here on Spark People and am excited for this life long journey!
