"Transformation is not five minutes from now; it's a present activity. In this moment you can make a different choice, and it's these small choices and successes that build up over time to help cultivate a healthy self-image and self esteem." -Jillian Michaels
"Make a pledge to yourself right now, to declare that you are worth your time and energy." -Deborah Day
Just stopping by to wish you a happy, healthy and fun Summer, Sparkfriend! Keep making those daily choices that will help you move closer to your goal, one step at a time. Right now there are just a little over 90 days until the first day of Autumn. Imagine how much progress you can make by then if you just keep doing your best each day this Summer! Don't forget....you are worth the effort! Hugs, Pixie
"Every day of our lives we are faced with a choice. The choice to BE, or to be truly AMAZING. Ask yourself if what you're doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow. No matter who you are, or what you do, you absolutely, positively do have the power to TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE." -Lorna Jane
Hey Sparkfriend, I hope your week is going great so far. Make the most of each day as it comes, and choose to be amazing! Put forth your best effort....because you are worth it! Hugs, Pixie
"One day at a time--this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering." ~~Ida Scott Taylor
Thank you for commenting on my blog, "Streaking!" Have a healthy day!
"Whenever you make a mistake or get knocked down by life, don't look back at it too long. Mistakes are life's way of teaching you. Your capacity for occasional blunders is inseparable from your capacity to reach your goals. No one wins them all, and your failures, when they happen, are just part of your growth. Shake off your blunders. How will you know your limits without an occasional failure? Never quit. Your turn will come." -Og Mandino
Just stopping by to wish you a healthy week, Spark friend! If you fall down, get back up and keep pushing forward. I hope you know that you're always worth your best effort...because you really are! Hugs, Pixie
