My goals are try and stay flexible. To keep being able to do kickboxing and other cardio like Jillian Michaels and Cathe Friedrich. As long as I feel good that is what is important. Trying not to get sick w/diabetes.
My program is mostly exercise, with biking and walking. Starting to calorie count.
