Thank you for the goodie and the compliement. I enjoyed reading the article on the worst foods of 2008 - who would have beleived that ONE item can be over 2,000 cals and have almost 100g of fat!!! Yikes! Keep on - keepin' on; you're doing great! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for your encouragment. I get excercise every day but just eat too much of the wrong food so have lost no inches and no weight.
So need to eat less and eat better foods. You are looking great in your pictures. emoticon
