My Goals:

Lose 102 lbs by August 26, 2012.

Medium Term:
Lose 10% (24.3 lbs) of my bodyweight by January 31, 2012.

Short Term:
-Lose 1 lbs per week
-Start 10 minute activity streaks.
-Do a minimum of sets of 10 strength activity per day. e.g. squats, wall-push ups

Lower my blood pressure and get off blood pressure medication by August 31, 2012

Short Term:
-Do not add salt to my food.
-Choose non-processed food 50% of the time.
-Lose weight


-Remove "accidental" Gluten From my diet:
--Learn to eat completely gluten free by removing hidden sources of gluten.

Personal Information:
I am a 35 year old single mother of a 13 year old boy with Asperger's.

I am struggling with Celiac and multiple allergies including dairy (Cassein) and eggs

I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada but would love to move to a smaller place with a slower pace!

Other Information:
I love to read, knit, do leather work, sew, and play darts.

My favorite activities are swimming and bike riding and ZUMBA!

Hello & happy July 1st. Wow, June is gone and I feel it went much too fast. June was a good month—lost 8 pounds!! Also, I celebrated my 4th year Spark Anniversary in June. What was your June like?

Now it's onto July. My plans for this month are:

1). Eat an anti-inflammatory diet. This includes lots of plant base foods.
2). Do exercises that keep the joints more flexible.
3). Lessen the stress in my life by taking more time for prayer & mediation.
4). Work on de-clutter of my house.
5). Make time for fun actives.
