Good job on the reduction in portion size! I'm so glad you have some events to "keep you in line" so to speak.

My work is also doing a "Biggest Loser" competition, but I found out too late to join. I thought about joining just for the fun versus the money, but I would rather not. I feel more comfortable with people on SP and at home.

My weekend wasn't bad. I worked all weekend so not a lot of leeway with eating bad since I sleep most of the day. I do however, forgo the exercise when I work, so that was a loss.

P.S. I totally agree with doing a nightly exercise versus waking up BEFORE the crack of dawn haha

I know how it feels when the kids get in your way, so to speak. It can be very difficult! I admire your efforts to keep trying regardless of that. Finding time to work out can also be an issue. I typically workout after the kids go to bed at 8, so an hour of exercise afterwards and cool down usually puts me at about 9:30. You could try that, if you don't mind being up later, or if you're a morning person I'd say to do the early wake up. I guess I'm not that much help since you already know this. Sorry!

Thanks for the congrats on the weight loss, hopefully I can keep going in the same direction :-) This last week has been alright for me. I didn't exercise as much as I would like to, but I have been eating more in my calorie range. To me, this is fabulous news!!! How have you been doing this last week?

Hi Kelly! This last week went well for me until the weekend when my house was hit with the flu :-( I don't think I had an appetite to overeat at all, but I certainly didn't have the energy to exercise at all either. These next two days will be a bit difficult as well since I have to work. My initial plan was to not work out on my days to work, maybe I'll change that up due to the weekend illness? I haven't decided yet :-/

How was your last week?
