-Drink more water, at least 8 glasses a day
-Workout more, at least 3 times a week
-Track my nutrition, even if I have to back track a day or so.
I have recently switched to eating 6 or 7 small meals a day which is helping with portion control. I'm also recording what I eat so I am making healthier decisions. I'm using this site and skinnytaste.com to find new and exciting healthy recipes for me to try. For fitness, I'm using the Wii's "Just Dance" to help me get going.
