Hi, I'm Kim and I'm trying again to get healthy and STAY healthy. I have three young boys and made a promise to my Dad before he went to heaven that I would stay around for a long time! I've tried to lose weight so many times before and seem to gain it back each time. This time I'm doing WW and Spark and with friend's encouragement and know that with God's help I can be successful!

Well, that was a year ago and I did lose weight and guess what? I gained it back! Not all of it, ...

My Goals:
I want to get healthy. I want to have more energy. I want to fit in my clothes. I want to look better.

I also want to include God in my efforts this time. I've always tried to do it on my own and know that doesn't work!

I'm doing Weight Watchers and the Spark plan.

I'm a school counselor who loves to read, knit, scrap and make jewelry. .. of course I have a hard time doing any of this because I'm always running my kids around!

I have 3 boys, 11, 12, and 13. We are a commited Christian family who are trying to make it in a fallen world, staying positive and reaching for the goal! My boys are sports fanatics, especially anything Ohio State, Cincinnati Reds and Bengals!

emoticon emoticon emoticon Well, with fall in the air and the emoticon summer coming to an end. I know for myself it’s time to get back to indoor activities and allowing all of you to become my mentors again. I am not good at being an indoor person in the summer as my Garden, Canning and other activities keep me very busy.

So!! After September I plan to involve myself more on the Daily Chat message boards. There is no better support than what we all give each other to help us reach our goals.

"Take time to explore the site. Become familiar with all the wonderful tools available to help you on your journey, such as the food tracker and the exercise tracker. Also, concentrate on mastering your three 'Fast Break' goals: drinking 8 cups of water per day, going for a walk, not eating in front of the TV...whatever three goals you have chosen. Try to make those goals daily habits over time." I do hope to see more of you and you see more of me as we travel down this Journey of getting healthy and feeling better.
Remember MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.

Hey girl how you been, I see your in need of some motivation...I would like to help, but its with in you to just jump...doesn't have to be a long jump or high , it has to be where or how you would like..maybe its time for a new begging, This coming June is the new start, I have a challenge going and maybe you would like to join in...If you would like to know more let me know...God is looking out to help you, but this is your battle, so get strong, get busy, get going and lets move it...lol You can do this I know you can and will..So let just ask God for a help on this road we have taken.....Praise the Lord and lets go girl...Amen

To STAY MOTIVATED I DO THIS ALL THE TIME:::
1) come in and read the posts
2) read and join any teams that you think you like
3) get it know the people
4) read some articles
5) most of all :: have fun and enjoy yourself
