The weight loss journal for Rachel. I'm 32 years old and back on sparkpeople after a very long break. I never really had to worry about dieting before SP, while I was never 'thin' I was never fat either and seemed to be able to keep things under control. (Mostly by walking/running a lot, I used to be quite the addict) Then things spiraled out of control, and have been getting worse and worse over the last few years. I found sparkpeople shortly after discovering I was 230 pounds. I knew then to make my move, and even though thanks to my break progress has been slow, I have been losing slowly but surely. Now it's time to kick it into high gear. Wish me luck!
