I have battle my weight for years. It is hard. At my highest weight of 255 lbs. I got tired of looking at my self and hating what I seen. 255 lbs is not good on a 5'0" frame. That when I decide enough was enough I had to change. I know it is going to be a hard journey but I know I can do it. I bought a home gym and treadmill and exercise bike, so I can't make excuses. I join Sparks People so I can get support and tips and friends to help in my weightloss journey.
