My Goals:
Hmm this is a hard one ... Well spirtitually my goals are to start going to church on a regualar basis. Physically Ijust want to be comfortable in my own skin you know I wake up and see myself and I know I am not myself does that make sense. I also want to be CPA certified in three years! So I am hitting the books hard..
My Program:
I try and watch what I eat and just move around a lot . I go to the Gym on my lunch break and I love it !! If i can just bring that home with me on the weekends I would be Ok
