Turning it around!

I'm excited about my upcoming birthday in April but with that excitement comes caution. In the past I've allowed my relationships, certain jobs and school to all take precedence in my life instead of my health. Now I'm single and ready to mingle, I've completed grad school and I have a great outlook on my future career but I need to get zealous about my health. So here I am ready to turn this thing around!

I'm on every day, mostly from my cell. tracking my food and exercise. I'm not that great with commenting on stuff yet because the print is small from my phone...lol
