thanks for the encouraging words.
No I haven't measured inches because I was waiting till I had been doing my workouts 30 days. I thought 2 weeks would be too close together to see if I lost any inches.

I am doing 20-60 minutes a day, 6 days a week for the challenge I'm doing, I'm tracking what I eat (myfitnesspal not spark) and I just feel so angry. I feel like I'm not allowed to eat anything, without my body being pissed off at me. When you are nearly 80lbs overweight, you would think that the scale would go down a little.

I know what you mean about gaining weight back. It's so hard to take it off, and SO EASY to gain it back! And I agree with you on thinking of certain foods as "forbidden." It sometimes just makes you want them more. I'm trying to learn moderation when it comes to my favorite foods, and also like you, trying to make healthy eating a habit.

What I'm finding is that I have to take my mind off of food in general. I obsess a bit too much on food, and that's a problem. There are so many other things in the world to see and do! emoticon So let's go!
