Hi! My name is Crystal and a friend recommended this site to me. I just had my first child in November, almost 3 months early due to health complications. Heart disease and diabetes run in my family. My Program:
Exercise: Yoga, Tai Chi, Walking for Cardio and SP Generated Strength Training
Healthy Eating: Work on eating more fruits and veggies and proteins. Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily.

Originally from NJ and lived in VA after graduating from college. Now, I reside in Spring, TX with my husband of almost 4 years and ouralmost 1 year old daughter.
