Hi! My name is Crystal and a friend recommended this site to me. I just had my first child in November, almost 3 months early due to health complications. Heart disease and diabetes run in my family. To be able to watch my daughter grow up into a beautiful young woman. To get fit and eat right for the rest of my life..

My Program:
Exercise: Yoga, Tai Chi, Walking for Cardio and SP Generated Strength Training

Healthy Eating: Work on eating more fruits and veggies and proteins. Drink 8 or more glasses of water daily.

Personal Information:
Originally from NJ and lived in VA after graduating from college. Now, I reside in Spring, TX with my husband of almost 4 years and ouralmost 1 year old daughter.

Everyone has set backs. Just remember how much better you will feel once your body gets used to the exercise and healthier eating (that's what I keep telling myself anyway). I seem to have to push myself to do anything, even Girl's Night Out sometimes. I know if I change my way of life and am healthier, I'll be a happier person also. Just hang in there and stick with it and it will happen! Baby steps. We all crawl first, then take little baby steps. No one starts off running. Just remember that. Luv ya!
