Everyone has set backs. Just remember how much better you will feel once your body gets used to the exercise and healthier eating (that's what I keep telling myself anyway). I seem to have to push myself to do anything, even Girl's Night Out sometimes. I know if I change my way of life and am healthier, I'll be a happier person also. I started June 2007 and by using Spark and some self discovery in the process, I'm down 25 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Spark is a massive site, you'll be discovering new and exciting things for at least two months!
