Hey there gf! I just got back on spark myself. Forever trying to lose, but I've lost a TON of inches and no more CKD!! Stumped the docs! I think it's my over excessive and addicting exercises. Give me a call. I'm not on any real "team" at the moment. I want to hear from you and maybe we can help each other. LOTS of changes I'm sure we can share! Gotta let me know whats new, and just EVERYTHING! I don't have your number anymore. Lost my phone with so many contacts! darn...so if you have mine, call me. same number. I am still in touch with V. been gone but i'm in a have to lose weight now need all the help i can get been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and my bp is running high not to mention i am epilebtic and my throid is out of wack so lossing weight is a challenge
