Promise to Myself

This is my public commitment to myself to honor my mind, body and soul. A kept promise to myself.

I have battled being fat my since I was in my teens...first diet at age 12....the scales goes up and then down , then up and stays up...then not down so much any more. I eat to hide my feelings and myself and to keep from needing things from other people.
I need others, I just hate to ask for help.I'm very strong, proud and independent.

Salmon cannot have almost 400 calories in a filet or I did not eat a whole filet. In short, I refuse to believe I went over my calories today! U just really cannot know how many you have eaten. So I left the bread off too. And I don't think I are a whole stalk of broccoli. Gah!

Success! I only ate half of that delicious sandwich! The haircut isstill growing on me. But I trust her... Now I am starving and we have been persuaded ( by me) to have salmon. And broccoli. Doesn't sound like enough food tome! But what can I do? And they are cooking it in old bay. I hope that's good. Oh! And my legs are cramping like crazy fromthis mornings workout! Ah! I'm sure u wanted this updated. Yay for nomore Saturdays! Love you
